Reflections on the latest leg of my Walking Tour

I completed the Farndon to Malpas Stage of my Wallking Tour of Eddisbury on Sunday 1st February .

Yet again I came across broken stiles, rickety bridges and footpath signposts thrown down into the mud.   If we value our access to the countryside and the healthy benefits it brings we must  protect these ancient footpaths or they will be lost forever.  But first we must make sure we keep the paths and signs in good repair.

Here are some pictures of broken stiles and signs.

If you agree that we need to protect and invest in our ancient rights of way please email me at ian@ianpriestner4eddisbury.co.uk or contact me here.
